BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase a John Deere Model
444H, 21,000 lb., 4-wheel drive articulated loader equipped with a two (2) cubic yard
bucket through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the amount of
$89,999.89.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme-day of
2000.
