BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City of Beaumont to participate in the State
of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of books, publications, and
audio visual materials per the discounts and service costs shown:
