WHEREAS, Beaumont Multifamily Housing Development Corporation has
conveyed to the City of Beaumont a ten- (10) foot wide water line easement on their
property, being out of Madison on the Lake in the Daniel Easley League, Abstract 20, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said
easement and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property
is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Beaumont Multifamily Housing
Development Corporation be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
