WHEREAS, Mr. W. J. Hargraves has agreed to convey a ten foot (10') water line
easement to the City of Beaumont on his property located at 8355 Highway 105 for the
negotiated value of$968.00, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purchase of said easement and
is of the opinion that the purchase of said easement is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said above-described easement purchased from Mr. W. J. Hargraves be and the
same is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the — day of
