WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of three (3) 10,500 gallon above-
round chemical storage tanks for use at the Water Production Plant; and
WHEREAS, Bailiff Enterprises, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$32,880; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bailiff
Enterprises, Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bailiff Enterprises, Houston, Texas, for the purchase of three
(3) chemical storage tanks for use at the Water Production Plant in the amount of $32,880
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the az-'rJ day of
