BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves extension of the contract with Southeast Texas
Community Development Corporation in the amount of$262,500 until September 30, 2000
to develop eight (8) new homes in targeted neighborhoods.
