BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 of the contract with the
Charlton-Pollard Association, Inc. In the amount of $145,000 to construct or reconstruct
two (2) homes and to reallocate up to $10,000 for operating and administrative costs.
