WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of carpet flooring at the
Beaumont Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Orange County Building Materials, Vidor, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of $35,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Orange County Building
Materials, Vidor, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Orange County Building Materials, Vidor, Texas, for the purchase and
installation of carpet flooring at the Beaumont Civic Center in the amount of $35,800 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
