BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a one (1) year
agreement, with options to renew, with Ticket Master, Inc. for providing a computerized box
office ticketing and distribution system at the fees shown below:
Ticketmaster will provide a computerized box office ticketing and distribution system per the
fees stated below:

Phone/Internet Sales $0.25 per ticket sold plus $3.50 per ticket sold plus

Complimentary Tickets $0.05 per ticket None

(1) Charges are assumed by show promoter.
In addition to the service fees, Ticketmaster charges an annual equipment rental fee of
$4,500. This includes CRT terminals, printers, phone lines and technical support.
