BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an annual contract with
an option to extend for one (1)year for undersealing and lifting services for the Streets and
Drainage Division with Uretek USA Inc. in the amount of Six ($6) Dollars per pound for an
approximate annual expenditure of$50,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
Qz��Z 2000.
