WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 1998 Bomag MPH-100R
road recycler ; and,
WHEREAS, Waukesha-Pearce Industries, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of
$89,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Waukesha-
Pearce Industries, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Waukesha-Pearce Industries, Inc., for the purchase of one (1)
1998 Bomag MPH-10OR road recycler in the amount of $89,000, be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /mil day of
