WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies necessary for improvements to the earthern backstop at the Police Department's
firing range; and,
WHEREAS, Triangle Paving, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of $27,387.15;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Triangle Paving,
Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Triangle Paving, Inc. for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and supplies necessary for improvements to the earthern backstop at the Police
Department's firing range in the amount of $27,387.15 should be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the / day
