WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Improvement Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Improvement Project be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 78: 0.011 acre out of the Minglewood Addition
(3695 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $715.00
