WHEREAS, one bid was received for furnishing all hardware, software, installation
and training to implement a document image processing system; and,
WHEREAS, Decision Management Company, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount
of$239,708; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Decision
Management Company, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Decision Management Company, Inc., for furnishing all
hardware, software, installation and training to implement a document image processing
system in the amount of$239,708 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
