DISTRIBUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, The City of Beaumont, Texas (the "City") intends to sell approximately
525,000,000 of its City of Beaumont, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds,
Series 2000 (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance improvements,
upgrades and./or repairs to the City's Waterworks and Sever System(the "System");
WHEREAS, the sale of the Bonds is scheduled for August 8, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ff RESOLVED BE TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
BEAUMONT,TEXAS:
That the Official Notice of Sale dated July 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby approved by the City Council: and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that officers and agents of the City are hereby authorized
to distribute the attached Official Notice of Sale dated July 25, 2000; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, the City Clerk, and other officials of the
City are hereby authorized and directed to do any and all things necessary or desirable to carry out
the pro%isions of this resolution.
