BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning commission for
implementation of the Beaumont - Port Arthur LINK.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
