WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition, removal and disposal of a 5M
gallon water reservoir located at 1550 Pine Street; and,
WHEREAS, CST Environmental Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$165,000;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CST
Environmental Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CST Environmental Inc., for the demolition, removal and
disposal of a 5M gallon water reservoir located at 1550 Pine Street in the amount of
$165,000 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
