BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the payment of $67,000 to Entergy
Transmission for the relocation of seven (7) transmission line poles which are in
conflict with the construction of the storm sewer for the Phase III Concord Road
Pavement Widening Project.
