WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for container and solid waste
collections; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Recycling, Ltd., submitted a bid in the estimated monthly
amount of$3,269 and an estimated annual amount of$39, 228 in the unit amounts shown
below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gulf Coast
Recycling, Ltd., in the estimated monthly amount of $3,269 and an estimated annual
amount of$39, 228 in the unit amounts shown above should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Recycling, Ltd., in the estimated monthly amount
of$3,269 and an estimated annual amount of$39, 228 in the unit amounts shown above
should be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
