BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an engineering
services contract in an amount not to exceed $293,800 with Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. for
the Dowlen Road Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project.
