BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas for a one-year contract commencing January 1,
2001 to provide third-party administration of the City's self-funded Point of Service
medical and indemnity dental plans, stop loss and a fully-insured Health Maintenance
Organization (HMO Blue Texas).
