BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a three (3) year
contract for basic life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), supplemental life and
AD&D, and dependent life insurance for the City of Beaumont effective January 1, 2001 with
American General Financial Group.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
