BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base wage of the City Manager, Stephen J. Bonczek, is increased by three
percent(3%) effective at the beginning of the pay period immediately prior to July 6, 2000.
Additionally, an additional contribution of$2,500 above contributions currently in place is
authorized to be made to a deferred compensation plan as directed by the City Manager.
Should the City Manager be terminated from his employment with the City, he shall be
provided one (1) month of pay for each year of service effective from July 7, 2000, said pay
not to exceed six (6) months.
