ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE EAST
THREE (3) FEET OF A 12 FOOT WIDE DEDICATED UTILITY
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE REAR OF
LOTS 1 - 4, BLOCK 4, SHERIDAN PARK ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the east three (3) feet of an existing twelve (12) foot wide dedicated utility and
drainage easement lying along the rear twelve (12) feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Sheridan
Park Addition, extending a length of 384.93 feet and containing 0.027 acres in area, said
addition being in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
