BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective October 1, 2000, the base wages of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, is
hereby increased 4%. Additionally, an additional contribution for retirement of$2,000 is
authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
