establish speed zone boundaries and the speed limit on one particular section of
Major Drive
2. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to award a contract to T. Gray
Utility Company, of Houston for the Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Work Order
Contract — Phase II
