1. Consider a resolution approving a contract with Delta Specialties Contractors, LLC
of Monroe, LA, for the construction of perimeter fencing at the Beaumont
Municipal Airport
2. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Letter Agreement
with Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 for drainage improvements related to
the Washington Phase II Project
WORK SESSION
* Review and discuss authorizing extensions and/or the sale of Temporary Housing
Units (THUS) following Hurricane Harvey
COMMENTS

CONSENT AGENDA
* Approval of minutes — June 5, 2018
* Confirmation of board and commission member appointments
A) Authorize the City Manager to receive Continuum of Care (COC) Grant funds from the
Department of Housing and Urban Development and to enter into a contract with the
Triangle Area Network
B) Approve a contract with SERVPRO of Beaumont for mold remediation and HVAC duct
cleaning at the Tyrrell Historical Library
C) Approve a contract with Jack Built of Orange for painting the ceiling at the Tyrrell
Historical Library
D) Approve the purchase of a Blower Package from Atlas Copco Compressors LLC of
Houston for use at the Sewer Treatment Plant
E) Authorize the City Manager to receive Hazard Mitigation Grant funds from the
Department of Homeland Security
F) Authorize the City Manager to accept maintenance and authorize a fmal payment to Neon
Electric Corporation related to the construction of nine bus shelters
G) Approve a payment to Motorola for a maintenance agreement to support the 800 MHz
radio system
H) Authorize the City Manager to accept funding from the Office of the Attorney General
that will be allocated for the Beaumont Police Department's training and technical
assistance
I) Authorize the granting of two Pipeline Agreements with Coastal Caverns, Inc. that will
cross city utilities along Highland Avenue
J) Authorize the granting of a Pipeline Agreement with Enterprise TE Products Pipeline
Company, LLC that will cross three water lines and one sewer line near FM 3514
K) Authorize the acceptance of a ten foot wide Exclusive Water Easement located at 3443
Fannett Road
L) Approve a contract with TNT Wrecker Service for towing and impounding services of
uninsured vehicles for use by the Police Department
