Consider a resolution confirming the appointment of Earl White as Fire Chief by the City Manager 2. Consider a request for the conveyance and dedication of private streets and infrastructure in the Woodpark Subdivision to the City of Beaumont 3. Consider a request for the conveyance and dedication of private streets and infrastructure in the Oak Trace Subdivision to the City of Beaumont 4. Consider a request for the conveyance and dedication of private streets and infrastructure in the Sandlewood Subdivision to the City of Beaumont 5. Consider a request to rezone a portion of property in the 3300 block of East Lucas Drive from GC-MD (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) to GC- MD-2 (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2) 6.
